Roasted taro with herbs

For the taro
800 g
taro root
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp
thyme
1 tsp
rosemary
salt
pepper
50 ml
white wine
Execution
Peel and cut the taro into large pieces.
Spread them on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Add coriander seeds, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 35–40 minutes.
For the final 10 minutes, open the oven door and pour in the white wine. Roast until golden, glossy, and tender in the center.
