For the chia pudding:
300 ml
whole milk
6 tbsp
chia seeds
2 tbsp
honey
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
nutmeg
2 tbsp
chopped almonds
For the caramelized apples:
2
apples, chopped into cubes
2 tbsp
butter
2 tbsp
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
For serving:
1 tbsp
Lotus Biscoff spread, thinned with a little warm water to make it more liquid
1 tbsp
Chopped almonds

apple, chopped into cubes
Execution
In a bowl, mix the milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped almonds. Leave the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight, until it thickens.
In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sauté until the apples soften and caramelize slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
Divide the chia pudding into glasses or bowls.
Top with the caramelized apples.
Drizzle with warm Lotus Biscoff spread.
Sprinkle with chopped almonds and apple cubes, and serve.
