Defrost the puff pastry sheets. Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Melt the butter. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, chopped garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Grate the halloumi and mozzarella using a coarse grater. Place the first sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the butter-garlic mixture evenly over the pastry. Sprinkle the grated cheeses on top. Cover with the second puff pastry sheet. Use a knife to cut the pastry into the shape of a tree (a triangle). Make small slits along the sides of the tree and twist them slightly to form "branches." Use the leftover pastry to cut out star shapes.
