Grilled cabbage with Caesar dressing

For the Caesar dressing:
1
egg yolk (organic)
1
garlic clove
2 tbsp
lemon juice
1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp
mustard

anchovy fillets (in oil)
½ cup
olive oil
75 g
grated Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
For serving:
1 tbsp
chopped parsley
For the cabbage:
Remove the core of the cabbage and cut it into four equal pieces.
Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil and sear the cabbage on both sides. Season with salt and pepper.
Add water to the pan, cover with a lid, and let it cook for 10 minutes until tender.
For the Caesar dressing:
Blend the anchovies and garlic into a paste.
In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, mustard, Parmesan, and anchovy paste.
Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to create a smooth dressing. Add a little water if a thinner consistency is desired.
To serve: Place the cabbage pieces on a serving plate and generously spoon over the Caesar dressing.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
