Crispy fried potatoes

500 g
potatoes (about 2 large potatoes)
1 liter
sunflower oil (for frying)
Salt
1 tsp
smoked paprika
1 tsp
dried oregano
Execution
Place the potatoes on a baking tray and cover them well with aluminum foil. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes or until softened.
Let the potatoes cool, then cut them into thick and irregular pieces with your hands.
Heat sunflower oil in a pot.
Fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy, stirring regularly for even frying.
Remove the potatoes from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to drain excess oil.
Add salt, paprika, and oregano immediately to the potatoes while still warm for better flavor absorption.
