Creamy chicken sandwich with avocado and yogurt sauce

cooked chicken, shredded

raisins, finely chopped

ripe avocado, mashed

lettuce leaves

roasted Florina pepper (from a jar), finely chopped

slices sandwich bread
Execution
In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
Shred the chicken and finely chop the pepper and carrot.
Combine chicken, raisins, carrot, and pepper with the yogurt sauce.
Mash the avocado and spread it on each slice of bread.
On two slices, layer the creamy chicken mixture and lettuce.
Top with the remaining slices of bread to form two sandwiches and serve.
