Feta parcels with honey, Thyme & rose petals

For the feta:
200 g
feta cheese (cut into square pieces)
2
sheets of phyllo pastry
2 tbsp
butter, melted (for brushing)
For the honey syrup:
50 g
honey
50 g
butter
1 tsp
thyme (fresh or dried)
1 tsp
edible dried rose petals
Zest from ½ orange
Execution
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cut each phyllo sheet into 8 pieces (in half and then into quarters). Cut the feta into 8 pieces as well.
Brush the outside of each parcel with butter and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a small saucepan, warm the honey and butter until melted and combined.
Once the parcels are out of the oven, drizzle them with the honey mixture and sprinkle with thyme, rose petals, and orange zest.
