Glazed chicken breast with tartar sauce

olive oil (for sautéing)

pickled cucumber
30 g
capers

onion

mayonnaise

juice from 1 lime
1/3 bunch
parsley, finely chopped

Method
Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
In a pan, heat some olive oil and sauté the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and well cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper. Let the chicken cool slightly.
For the tartar sauce, finely chop the pickled cucumber, capers, and onion, then place them in a bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, lime juice, parsley, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Add the cooked chicken into the sauce, mix well, and serve. (Perfect inside a sandwich bun or with rice).
