Hazelnuts
250 g
Milk chocolate (or replace with 250g dark chocolate + 2 tbsp honey)
1 tbsp
Cocoa powder
30 ml
Vegetable oil
1 tsp
Vanilla extract
½ tsp
Salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes. Remove their skins.
Place the peeled hazelnuts in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
Add the chocolate, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, vanilla, and salt. Blend everything until smooth and well combined.
If the mixture is still runny, don’t worry—it will thicken in the fridge. Transfer to a jar, cover, and store in the fridge.
