Pasta with spicy feta sauce

Execution
Preheat the air fryer or oven to 180°C (356°F).
Wash and clean the peppers, removing seeds. Cut them in half. Slice the garlic and chili thinly.
Place the Florina peppers, chili, garlic, and the feta block in the center of a baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle thyme, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Once the peppers and feta are ready, mash them together with a knife and mix the mixture with the pasta and a bit of the pasta cooking water to create a sauce.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the pasta topped with fresh basil leaves.
