700 g leftover rice pudding 7 rice paper sheets 200 g fruits with low moisture (e.g. mango, strawberries, peach – thinly sliced) 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds A few chopped mint leaves ½ tsp cinnamon (for garnish)

For the dip:

3 tbsp orange marmalade 2 tbsp water

Soak each rice paper sheet in lukewarm water until soft, then lay it on a clean surface.

Add 2–3 tbsp of rice pudding in the center of each sheet. Add toppings like strawberries, sesame, mango, mint, plain rice pudding, cinnamon

Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly.

Mix marmalade with water in a small bowl to make a smooth dip.

Serve the rolls with the orange marmalade dip and enjoy!
