chicken, cut into pieces

onion, sliced
1 tbsp
garlic paste
1 tbsp
ginger paste
1 tbsp
chicken masala or garam masala
½ tsp
dried chili slices
½ tsp
ground cumin
½ tsp
ground coriander
2 tbsp
fresh coriander, chopped
1
chopped tomato
1 tsp
salt and pepper
2 tbsp
olive oil
Execution
In a deep pan, add the chicken and olive oil. Sauté well until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the onion with garlic-ginger paste for 3 minutes.
Add chicken masala, chili, cumin, and coriander powder. Stir to release aromas.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh coriander. Best served with rice and dal.
