Fried chicken with homemade buttermilk

For the homemade buttermilk:
300 ml
Charalambides Kristis fresh whole milk, 3% fat, at room temperature.
30 ml
of lemon juice
Chicken:
400 gr
wings
For the breading:
150 gr
all-purpose flour
40 gr
corn flower
1 teaspoon
spicy paprika
1 teaspoon
sweet paprika
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
Salt/pepper
For frying:
500 ml
seed oil
Method of Execution
Start your recipe with the handmade sour milk.Add the milk and lemon to a bowl and mix lightly with a spoon. Put the milk and milk powder in a bowl with a spoon and stir with a spoon.
Then while you wait for it to form, season your chicken which is at room temperature with salt and pepper and make the mixture by putting all of your ingredients into the bowl.
Once the 10 minutes is up and the sour milk is ready, add the wings in and marinate in the fridge overnight. Seven nights later, remove them from the sour milk, take them and fry them on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until they are cooked through. Serve with strained yogurt or yogurt dip.
