seabass fillet (around 150 grams)
200 gr
mango, peeled and pitted
Juice of 1 lime
20 gr
fresh ginger, peeled
50 ml
water
1 medium
red onion

Method of Execution
Carefully remove the skin from the fish and slice it into thin strips with a sharp knife. Arrange the slices neatly on a serving plate.
Cut the mango into smaller pieces and place it in a blender with the lime juice, ginger, onion, and water. Season with salt and pepper, then blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any remaining bits. Drizzle the sauce around the fish slices using a spoon.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
