phyllo pastry for pies
500 g
feta cheese
150 g
melted cow butter
3
eggs
1 water glass
soda (soft drink)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C, using top and bottom heat.
Crumble the feta with our hands into small pieces.
Grease a medium baking tray with a little of the melted butter.
Take one sheet of phyllo pastry and lay it in the tray.
Scatter a little feta over it and drizzle with a little of the melted butter.
Gather the sheet into folds, like pleats, and place it at one edge of the tray.
Continue in the same way with the remaining sheets, placing them next to each other until the tray is filled. If there is any gap, gently open the sheets slightly.
In a bowl, add the eggs and the soda and beat well with a fork.
Pour the egg and soda mixture over the phyllo sheets, making sure it goes everywhere.
Pour the remaining butter on top, if any is left.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the pie is well golden on top and underneath.
