For the meringue
3
egg whites at room temperature

sugar
1/2 tsp
white vinegar
1/2 tsp
corn flour
1 tsp
vanilla extract
For the cream
200 ml
cream
200 ml
cream cheese
1 tsp
vanilla extract
4 tbsp
powdered sugar
For the garnish
6–8
strawberries, sliced
50 g
blueberries
50 g
raspberries
edible flowers
powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 100°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place the egg whites, sugar and vanilla in a bowl and beat into a stiff meringue.
Add the white vinegar and corn flour and mix gently with a spatula or spoon.
Shape the wreath on the parchment paper using a spoon or piping bag.
Bake for about 2 hours until the meringue dries well. Leave to cool for 60 minutes inside the oven.
Whip the cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy.
Spread the cream over the meringue and add the toppings: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and optionally edible flowers. Dust with a little powdered sugar before serving.
