For the chicken:

medium chicken fillets

Casino Corn Flakes cereal
200 gr
flour

Salt/Pepper
For the sauce:
100 gr
soy sauce
100 gr
sugar
30 ml
Oriental chilli sauce

garlic clove
For the chicken:
Cut the chicken fillets into long strips (around 7-8 strips per fillet).
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Start breading: first coat the chicken in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with corn flakes. If necessary, repeat the egg and corn flakes step to ensure the chicken is fully covered.
Fry the chicken in medium heat until golden brown.
For the sauce:
While frying the chicken, combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer on low heat until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
Serve the crispy chicken hot with the sweet soy sauce.
