cooked chickpeas

cucumber

bunch spinach
2 tbsp
parsley
2 tbsp
coriander
80 g
feta cheese (50g in the salad, 30g on top)
1/3 tsp
cumin
1/3 tsp
sweet paprika
2 tbsp
olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt
Pepper
Execution
Prepare the Vegetables: Dice the tomato and cucumber. Roughly chop the spinach. Finely chop the parsley and coriander.
Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, chopped vegetables, and herbs.
Add Dressing: Add olive oil, lemon juice, 50g feta, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper directly to the salad. Toss well.
Serve: Top with the remaining feta and serve immediately.
