Alternative chocolate mousse with rice

dark chocolate
100 g
milk chocolate
150 g
cooked rice
200 ml
warm milk
1 tbsp
honey
1
pinch of salt
For garnish:
50 g
fresh berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.)
Μέθοδος Εκτέλεση
Melt the chocolates in a double boiler or microwave, stirring to avoid burning.
In a blender, combine the cooked rice, warm milk, melted chocolates, honey, and salt.
Blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
Divide the mousse into glasses or bowls and top with fresh berries.
If the mousse is thinner than desired, refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
