Ceviche with mango

fresh sea bass (cleaned & diced)

ripe mango, diced
½
ripe avocado
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)

small onion, finely chopped

hot chili pepper (optional), finely chopped
1 tbsp
chopped cilantro

small cucumber, diced
1 tbsp
olive oil
salt
pepper
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
1 tsp
cilantro leaves

small chili pepper, sliced
Execution
Place the sea bass in a bowl and cover with lime juice. Mix and refrigerate for 10 minutes until the acidity “cooks” the fish.
Peel and dice the avocado. If not using immediately, drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Add mango, avocado, onion, chili, cilantro, cucumber, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Serve garnished with cilantro leaves and extra chili slices.
