Chocolate fondant with cream cheese & olive oil

dark chocolate
150 g
butter
110 g
brown sugar

flour

For serving
200 g
cream cheese
1 tsp
olive oil
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let the mixture cool until lukewarm.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the brown sugar until combined.
Add the flour and salt and mix gently.
Pour in the chocolate and butter mixture and stir until smooth.
Transfer to a 16–18 cm round pan lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 30 minutes.
Let it cool and then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a more fudgy texture.
Serve with cream cheese on top and finish with a little olive oil.
