Energy balls with banana and chocolate

almond flour

pitted dates

banana chips
½ tsp
vanilla extract

pinch of salt
¼ cup
mini chocolate chips
Execution
In a blender, pulse the banana chips until finely chopped and transfer to a bowl.
Add the almond flour, dates, 2 tbsp of water, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more water.
Stir in the chocolate chips gently, just until incorporated.
Roll into small balls. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
