cinnamon
½ tsp
honey
For the French toast

thick slices of vasilopita
1 tbsp
butter
For serving
1 tsp
honey

scoops vanilla ice cream
½ tsp
cinnamon
2 tbsp
honey
Instructions
For the egg mixture, whisk in a bowl the eggs, milk, cinnamon and honey until combined.
Slice the vasilopita and dip the slices into the egg mixture, letting them absorb slightly.
In a warm non-stick pan, add butter and cook the vasilopita slices for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
For serving, place the slices on a plate with the ice cream and drizzle honey and cinnamon on top, plus berries.
