Homemade vanilla ice cream with pieces of satzi pie

For the vanilla ice cream
500 ml
cream (cold)
250 ml
sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 pinch
salt
For the topping
1
KATERINA satzi pie with honey
2 tbsp
honey
2 tbsp
walnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
Beat the cold cream together with the sweetened condensed milk until it becomes fluffy like whipped cream.
Add the salt and vanilla and mix gently until the mixture is combined.
Transfer to a container and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours until well frozen.
Cut the satzi pie into small pieces and incorporate them together with the ice cream, honey and walnuts.
