Natural blue Easter eggs with red cabbage

For the natural dye
1/2 large
red cabbage
1 liter
water
2 tbsp
vinegar
Instructions
Place the eggs in a pot with cold water and boil them for about 15 minutes until hard-boiled. Remove them and set them aside.
For the natural dye, finely chop the cabbage and place it in a pot with the water. Boil for about 30 minutes until it releases its color.
Strain the liquid and add the vinegar.
Place the boiled eggs in the liquid and leave them for about 5 hours until they develop a light blue or deep blue color, depending on how long they remain in the liquid.
Store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
