whole milk
150 g
fine semolina
150 g
sugar
¼ tsp
salt
2 tsp
vanilla extract
Zest of 1 orange
200 g
fresh orange juice
80 g
unsalted butter, in pieces
1 tsp
cinnamon for serving
2 tbsp
chopped walnuts (optional)
Execution
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Once the sugar dissolves, add the semolina and stir constantly until it begins to thicken.
Then add the orange zest and juice.
Stir until you get a creamy texture.
Add the butter and stir until fully melted.
Serve warm or cold with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
