shrimp, peeled
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 medium
onion, finely chopped

garlic cloves, finely chopped

Florina pepper, sliced
200 g
canned chopped tomatoes (concassé)
100 g
feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
oregano
1/4 tsp
sweet paprika
Salt
Pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp
chili flakes
Execution
Sauté the shrimp in 1 tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes and set them aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper for 2 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Return the shrimp to the pan and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the feta, stir gently, and let it melt slightly.
Finally, turn off the heat and sprinkle with lemon zest, parsley, and chili flakes.
