1 tbsp
butter
100 g
white mushrooms
30 ml
brandy
100 g
gravy sauce
200 ml
cream
salt
pepper
mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions
Sear the ribeye on both sides until it develops a golden color.
Add the butter and sauté the mushrooms sliced thinly.
Deglaze with the brandy and when the alcohol evaporates add the gravy and the cream.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
