Viral accordion cucumbers with Asian dressing

2 medium cucumbers 1 tbsp soy sauce ⅓ tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp honey 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 spring onion, for serving

Wash the cucumbers and place them between two chopsticks.

Slice them straight down until your knife hits the sticks (don’t cut through).

Flip and slice diagonally to create an accordion pattern.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey.

Drizzle the cucumbers with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve topped with chopped spring onion.
