Natural red Easter eggs with onion skins

For the natural dye
Skins from 10 red onions
1 liter
water
2 tbsp
vinegar
Instructions
Place the eggs in a pot with cold water and boil them for about 15 minutes until hard-boiled. Remove them and set them aside.
For the natural dye, place the onion skins in a pot with the water and boil for 30 minutes until the liquid develops a deep color.
Strain the liquid, add the vinegar and transfer it to a bowl.
Place the boiled eggs in the bowl and leave them for about 5 hours until they develop a deep red color.
Store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
