Baked feta with grapes and figs

For the baked feta
200 g
feta (one piece)
150 g
seedless grapes
80 g
dried figs
50 g
Aegina pistachios
2–3
sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
honey
salt
pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the feta in a small ovenproof dish.
Add the grapes around it, cut the dried figs into small pieces and scatter them around the feta.
Sprinkle with the pistachios, thyme, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the olive oil and honey.
Bake for 15 minutes until the feta softens and the fruits caramelize.
Serve warm with bread or breadsticks.
