baking powder
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 170°C with fan.
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork and add the yogurt, whiskey and vanilla.
In another bowl, add all the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
In the mixer, whisk the two types of sugar with the oil until fluffy and then add the eggs one at a time.
Add the banana mixture and beat lightly, just until incorporated.
Using a soft spatula, fold in the dry ingredients with gentle circular movements.
Butter and flour a 30 × 11 cm loaf pan and transfer the batter.
Bake for 55–60 minutes at 170°C, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
