For the topping:
50 gr
walnuts
50 gr
dried cranberries
2 tbsp
parsley
50 ml
Maple Joe maple syrup

Execution
Cut the Brie cheese into small triangles (4 pieces from each cheese).
Place the flour on one plate, beat the egg on another, and put the panko breadcrumbs on a third plate.
Dip each piece of cheese first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko, ensuring it is well-coated.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the Brie "trees" for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside. Remove from the pan and place on absorbent paper.
Remove the sticks from each piece of cheese and replace them with a pretzel stick.
Arrange the fried Brie "trees" on a plate.
Drizzle each tree with a little maple syrup, add chopped walnuts, cranberries, and parsley, and serve.
