Croissant pudding with maple syrup & berries

milk
200 ml
heavy cream
50 g
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla extract
100 g
berries (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
30 ml
maple syrup for serving
Execution
Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
Cut each croissant into 8-10 pieces and place them in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla. Pour the mixture over the croissants and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Add the berries and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup.
