Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter an ovenproof dish (baking pan).
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from the heat and add half the chopped chocolate, stirring until it melts.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and pale in color.
Pour in the chocolate mixture, add the sifted flour, vanilla and salt. Add the remaining chocolate and gently mix with a spatula until combined.
Transfer the mixture to the pan and bake for about 15-17 minutes, until the edges set but the center remains slightly runny.
Serve immediately, adding a layer of whipped cream underneath and fresh berries on top.
