Lemon honey chicken

3 chicken breast fillets, sliced in half lengthwise 3 tbsp flour ⅓ tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp olive oil Juice and zest of 1 lemon 1 tbsp honey 200 ml chicken broth Salt Pepper

In a bowl, mix the flour with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken fillets evenly.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the fillets for 3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add lemon juice and zest, honey, and chicken broth. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes to reduce slightly.

Return the chicken to the pan to glaze in the sauce.

Serve warm, ideally with the potato salad we just prepared.
