Marinated salmon on rice paper chips

salmon

mayonnaise
2 tsps
Thai sweet chili sauce (ORIENTAL)
2 tsps
sriracha ORIENTAL
½ tsps
sesame oil
1 tbsp
black sesame seeds

Green onions, finely chopped

Execution
Cut the salmon into small pieces.
Transfer the salmon to a bowl and add mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, black sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place the mixture in the fridge to marinate briefly while preparing the rice paper.
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan.
Cut the rice paper into 8 equal pieces.
Fry the rice paper pieces for a few seconds until crispy.
Add a spoonful of the marinated salmon onto each chip.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with lime on the side and enjoy immediately!
