chicken thigh
40 ml
olive oil (3 tbsp)
30 g
butter
2 cloves
garlic
200 ml
heavy cream
40 g
grated Parmesan
60 g
sun-dried tomatoes
½ tsp
chili flakes (or less)
salt
pepper
fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and butter. Add the chicken, salt and pepper and sauté for about 4 minutes per side until browned.
In the same pan, add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and chili flakes. Stir.
Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the Parmesan and stir until melted and the sauce becomes velvety.
Finish with fresh basil. Serve with rice, pasta or simply warm bread.
