Moist chocolate cake with chocolate sauce

For the chocolate cake
135 g
self-rising flour
180 g
sugar

eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
200 ml
milk
200 ml
sunflower oil
40 g
cocoa powder (4 tbsp)
For the chocolate sauce
75 g
sugar
150 ml
milk
50 ml
sunflower oil
2 tbsp
cocoa powder
30 g

Instructions
In the mixer bowl, add the eggs, sugar and vanilla and whisk well until combined.
Add the milk and sunflower oil and mix until smooth.
Sift the flour together with the cocoa and add them to the mixture. Fold gently with a spatula until combined.
Butter and flour a loaf cake pan, pour in the batter and smooth the surface.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
For the chocolate sauce, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring, until the chocolate melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
Prick in several spots with a skewer.Pour over the warm chocolate sauce immediately and let it stand for 1 hour so it absorbs the sauce.
