watermelon, cubed
200 g
cherry tomatoes, halved
200 g
green beans, halved
1 large
avocado, cubed
2 handfuls
arugula
1 tbsp
fresh basil
1 tbsp
fresh mint
2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp
olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Sauté and season the green beans with salt and pepper, then let them cool.
Cut the watermelon, cherry tomatoes and avocado into cubes.
In a large bowl, add the green beans, arugula and fresh herbs.
Add the burrata and mix gently so it does not melt.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and mix again. Serve.
