Shrimp Salad with Avocado and Lemon Yogurt Dressing

For the salad:
300 gr
large shrimp

chili powder
½ tsp
smoked paprika

For the yogurt dressing:
150 gr
traditional sheep’s yogurt
1
avocado
10 ml
lemon juice
70 gr
mayonnaise
5 gr
mild mustard
Juice from ½ a lemon
Salt
Pepper
For the salad:
Clean the shrimp and remove the vein. Season the shrimp with chili powder, salt, and smoked paprika, and mix well.
Heat a pan until it is very hot.
Sauté the shrimp in the pan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove them to a plate and set aside.
Finely chop the celery, avocado, tomato, red onion, and dill, and place them in a bowl.
For the yogurt dressing:
Peel the avocado and mash it with a fork.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, mashed avocado, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
Add the cooked shrimp and the yogurt dressing to the bowl with the vegetables, mix gently, and serve.
