Tuna tartare with avocado and grilled bread

fresh tuna, diced
1 tbsp
finely chopped shallot (or onion)
1 tbsp
chives
1 tbsp
capers (rinsed & drained)
½ tbsp
red chili, finely chopped
1 tbsp
olive oil
½ tbsp
lemon juice
salt
pepper

avocado
½ tsp
lemon juice
20 g
cream cheese
2
slices of bread
Fleur de sel
1 tbsp
coriander leaves
Execution
In a bowl, mix the tuna with shallot, chives, capers, chili, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place a ring mold on a plate and press in the tuna mixture.
Slice avocado vertically into thin strips, open them up, and use the same mold to cut to shape. Cut in half and place over the tartare.
Pipe 4–5 dots of cream cheese on top.
Grill the bread slices for 2 minutes. Serve with tartare, garnished with fleur de sel and coriander leaves.
