cherry tomatoes, halved

cucumber, cut into sticks

smoked paprika

Execution
Slice the zucchini thinly using a mandoline or knife.
Arrange slices on baking paper in a 10x12 cm rectangle. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until soft and flexible.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into thin strips and sauté in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil for 4–5 minutes until golden. Add paprika, salt, and pepper.
Remove zucchini bases from oven and let cool slightly.
Place chicken, tomatoes, lettuce leaves, and cucumber sticks in the center of each "tortilla".
Wrap and serve.
