whole milk

For breading:

all-purpose flour

100 g
panko breadcrumbs
1 liter
sunflower oil for frying
Μέθοδος Εκτέλεση
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk until combined. Grate all cheeses finely.
Add the flour, grated cheeses, salt, and pepper. Mix until you get a thick batter.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to set.
Shape into 20g balls. For breading: dip each ball in flour, then beaten eggs, then panko.
Heat oil in a deep pan or pot.
Fry the cheese balls in batches for 1–1½ minutes until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towel and serve warm — ideally with a sweet jam on the side.
