Healthy banana oat crepes

ripe bananas (200 g)
300 ml
milk
2
eggs
120 g
oat flour (1 cup)
1 tbsp
cornflour (for better texture)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
½ tsp
salt
1 tbsp
melted butter
Execution
In a blender, combine bananas, milk, eggs, oat flour, cornflour, vanilla, salt, and melted butter. Blend until smooth.
If the batter is too thick, add 1–2 tbsp more milk. (Note: the batter thickens over time due to the oats absorbing moisture.)
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly brush with butter. Cook the crepes one by one.
Serve with honey or homemade chocolate spread.
