Christmas cookies

Ingredients: 150 g butter; 150 g sugar; 2 eggs; 2 tbsp orange juice; 460 g flour; 2 tsp baking powder; 1 vanilla; 1 tsp spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove); marshmallows and small colorful chocolate candies

150 g butter 150 g sugar 2 eggs 2 tbsp orange juice 460 g flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 vanilla 1 tsp spice mix (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove)

For decoration

marshmallows and small colorful chocolate candies

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer until the dough is combined (do not overmix).

Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Roll it out to a thickness of ½ cm on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper and cut into Christmas shapes.

Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, decorate with marshmallows and chocolate candies, and bake in a preheated oven at 160–170°C (fan) for 15 minutes.
