Burger in an onion ring roll

chicken mince

large onions, sliced into thin rings
150 g
grated mozzarella
4 slices
cheddar
1
small iceberg lettuce
2
medium tomatoes
2 tbsp
mayonnaise
1 tbsp
mustard
1 tbsp
honey
1 tsp
sweet paprika
½ tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
oregano
salt
pepper
Instructions
Arrange the onion rings on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper, forming a rectangle.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15–18 minutes, until melted and golden.
In a pan, sauté the chicken mince in olive oil and once it browns add the paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.
For the sauce, mix together mayonnaise, honey and mustard and set aside.
Remove the tray from the oven and spread the mince in an even layer over the baked onion and cheese.
Place the cheddar slices, iceberg, the mayonnaise sauce and freshly chopped tomato on top..
Using the paper, carefully roll into a log, tightening slightly
Cut into thick slices and serve.
