diced cherry tomatoes
100 grams
diced chillies
100 grams
pomegranate peeled
50 grams
diced red onion
10 ml
Pomegranate molasses
150 grams
diced halloumi
50 ml
olive oil +1 tbsp for cooking the haloumi
20 grams
finely chopped coriander
20 grams
finely chopped mint
Salt/ Pepper
Μέθοδος Εκτέλεση
Place the halloumi in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook for about a minute until golden brown on all sides.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, including the haloumi, and mix. Taste if more salt and pepper is needed and then serve.
