Υλικά
For the mascarpone cream:
200 g
mascarpone
60 g
powdered sugar
½ tbsp
vanilla extract
200 g
heavy cream (whipped)
20 g
red wine Marsala (optional)
For the coffee soaking:
200 g
espresso coffee
50 g
granulated sugar
For assembling the dessert:
8
ladyfingers
Coffee soak
Mascarpone cream
20 g
cocoa powder (for decoration)
Execution
For the mascarpone cream: In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and optional Marsala wine. Add the whipped cream in batches and fold gently with a spatula.
For the coffee syrup: Brew the coffee as usual, then stir in the sugar. Transfer the coffee to a deep bowl.
For assembling the dessert: Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee for about 2 seconds. Arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers in one bowl and the other half in another.
Add the mascarpone cream on top of the ladyfingers in both bowls.
Sift cocoa powder on top for decoration.
If you're not serving immediately, refrigerate the glasses for 1 hour so the cream sets better.
