Stuffed omelet bread rolls in the air fryer

4 large eggs 2 slices of bacon, chopped ½ medium onion, finely chopped ½ bell pepper, finely chopped 50 g spinach, roughly chopped 1 tbsp thyme Salt Pepper Fresh basil for garnish 2 burger buns

Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.

In a pan, sauté the bacon, bell pepper, onion, and thyme until softened.

Add the spinach and cook for 1 more minute. Transfer everything to the bowl with the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Carefully cut out the inside of the burger buns, leaving edges to hold the filling.

Fill each bun with the egg mixture and place them in the air fryer.

Cook at 175°C for 10-15 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; if it comes out clean, they are ready.

Serve warm with fresh basil on top.
